Viikkotuntien varausehdot
Tuntivarauksen viikkotunnille voi perua viimeistään 12 tuntia ennen tunnin alkua varausjärjestelmän kautta. Peruuttamattomista tunneista tai myöhässä tehdyistä peruutuksista laskutamme hinnaston mukaisen kertakäynnin hinnan sekä toimistomaksun.
Äkillisissä sairastapauksissa emme laskuta perumattomasta tunnista, mikäli toimitat lääkärin kirjoittaman todistuksen. Olethan sellaisessa tilanteessa yhteydessä alla olevaan sähköpostiosoitteeseen.
Jos tunti on täynnä, voit ilmoittautua jonoon. HUOM! Myös jonopaikan varaaminen on sitova ilmoittautuminen.
Otathan siis myös jonopaikkasi pois viimeistään 12 tuntia ennen tunnin alkua, jollet pääsekään tunnille. Jonosta vapautuu usein paikkoja vielä samana päivänä, ja jos saat jonosta paikan, mutta et saavukaan paikalle, viet seuraavalta jonottajalta mahdollisuuden päästä tunnille.

Kurssien varausehdot
Maksamalla kurssin varaaja hyväksyy varausehdot.
Kurssi-ilmoittautuminen on sitova, ja se on vahvistettu sen jälkeen, kun kurssi on maksettu verkkokauppamme kautta, tai liikuntaedulla sovelluksen kautta, tai vaihtoehtoisesti muuta sovittua kautta. Kurssimaksu voidaan palauttaa ainoastaan voimassa olevaa lääkärintodistusta vastaan.
Sairauspoissaolo(je)n korvaaminen tapahtuu ensisijaisesti korvaavina tunteina/kertoina. Voit korvata yhden poissaolon per tankotanssin alkeiskurssi/jatkokurssi poissaolon syystä riippumatta viikkotunneillamme. Alkeiskurssilaiset voivat tulla korvaamaan Tek 1 -tunnille (60 min) ja jatkokurssilaiset joko Tek 1 – tai Tek 1-2 -tunnille (60 min). Jos haluat korvata lisää poissaoloja viikkotunneilla, se onnistuu lääkärintodistusta vastaan. Kaikista poissaoloista tulee ilmoittaa sähköpostitse, jotta mahdollinen korvausoikeus pysyy voimassa. Ilmoitathan samassa sähköpostissa myös toimipisteen ja kurssin, jota käyt. Muilla kuin tankotanssin alkeis- tai jatkokursseilla mahdollinen kurssikertojen korvaaminen tapahtuu aina lääkärintodistusta vastaan. Mikäli kurssilla tarjottavaa lajia ei ole tarjolla vakituisesti viikkotunneillamme, emme voi taata korvausmahdollisuutta samankaltaisilla tunneilla.
Korvauskerta tulee käyttää kahden kuukauden sisällä poissaolopäivästä.
Luonnollisesti me kaikki kurssien osapuolet haluamme tietää mahdollisimman ajoissa, saammeko ryhmän toteutumaan. Viime hetkellä tyhjenevä ryhmä paitsi teettää ylimääräistä työtä, myös muuttaa useiden ihmisten suunnitelmia ja vie kalenterista paikan esim. viikkotunnilta, jolle olisi mahtunut monta innokasta. Saapumatta jättäminen tietää meille tulonmenetystä sekä vie turhaan paikan toiselta asiakkaalta. Pidätämme siksi oikeuden veloittaa kurssi jokaiselta kurssipaikan sitovasti varanneelta.
Lasten ja nuorten kurssien varausehdot
Maksamalla kurssin varaaja hyväksyy varausehdot.
Kurssi-ilmoittautuminen on sitova, ja kurssipaikka vahvistuu, kun kurssi on maksettu. Kurssi maksetaan ensisijaisesti verkkokaupan kautta tai vaihtoehtoisesti laskulla. Kurssimaksu voidaan palauttaa ainoastaan lääkärintodistusta vastaan. Kaikista poissaoloista olisi hyvä ilmoittaa sähköpostitse ([email protected]). Mikäli kurssilaisella / kurssilaisen huoltajalla on esittää poissaolosta lääkärintodistus, sairaspoissaolojen kurssikertoja voi olla mahdollista korvata toisella vastaavalla kurssilla. Sovithan sairaspoissaolojen korvaukset aina sähköpostitse.

Below you will find the terms and conditions for Rock the Pole’s weekly classes, courses and also for the courses for children and youngsters. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Please note that Rock the Pole (Bright Bodies Oy / Suomen ilma-akrobatia Oy / Upside Down Oy) has not insured the customers. Each customer exercises at their own risk.
Booking terms and conditions for weekly classes
A class reservation for a weekly class can be cancelled no later than 12 hours before the start of the class through the reservation system. For uncancelled classes or late cancellations, we charge the one-time price according to the price list plus the office fee.
In cases of sudden illness, we do not charge for an uncancelled class if you provide a doctor’s certificate. In such a situation, please contact the e-mail address below.
If the class is full, you can book a spot in the queue. NOTE! Booking a place in the queue is also considered as an obligatory booking. So please also remove your place in the queue no later than 12 hours before the start of the class, if you cannot make it to the class. Places in the queue often become available on the same day, and if you get a place in the queue, but you don’t come to the class, you deprive the next person in line of the opportunity to attend the class.

Booking terms and conditions for courses
By paying for the course, the booker accepts the terms and conditions for the courses.
Registration for the course is obligatory, and it is confirmed after the course has been paid via our online store, or with vouchers via an application, or via another method appointed. The course fee can only be refunded against a valid medical certificate.
Replacement of sickness absence(s) happens primarily in compensatory classes. You can make up for one absence per pole dance beginner/advanced course, regardless of the reason for the absence in our weekly classes. If you are on a beginner course, you can come to Tek 1 (60 min). If you are on an advanced course, you can come either to Tek 1 or to Tek 1-2 (60 min). If you want to make up for more absences, it can be done with a medical certificate. All absences must be reported by email so that the right for a possible compensation remains. In the same email, please also state the studio and the course you are taking. In courses other than basic or advanced pole dancing courses, the possible replacement for course classes is done only with a medical certificate. If the type of class offered in the course is not regularly offered in our weekly classes, we cannot guarantee the possibility of compensation with similar classes.
Compensating classes must be taken in two months after the absence.
When booking a class, please note that the situation regarding the covid is still alive. So please consider beforehand, do you dare to participate in the course. We take the best possible care of your safety on the course!
If the course has to be interrupted due to a pandemic situation, we will provide instructions on the compensation practices separately.
All of our course participants want to know whether the course is gonna happen or not as early as possible. The last-minute emptying group not only commissions extra work, but also changes people’s plans and takes a place on our weekly schedule. Not showing up also takes a place from another customer. This is why we reserve the right to charge for the course after the obligatory booking is made.
Booking terms and conditions for courses for children and youngsters
By paying for the course, the booker accepts the terms and conditions for the courses.
Course registration is obligatory, and the course place is confirmed when the course has been paid. The course is primarily paid through the online store or alternatively via invoice. The course fee can only be refunded against a medical certificate. We hope for you to report all absences by email ( [email protected] ). If the course participant / the course participant’s guardian has a medical certificate for the absence, it may be possible to replace the course times for sick absences with another similar course. Please negotiate on compensation for sick leave by email.
